Delicious Vegan (??) Dinner.
Boil some whole wheat dried tomato noodles (break them up really small)
PUT THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL:
5 baby carrots cut up really really realllllly small.
corn cut off of one raw cob of corn.
2 red raddishes cut up really realllllly small.
1/4 onion cut into really realllllly small slices
squeeze all of the insides out of 1/2 of a lemon into the vegetables.
add as much dried rosemary as desired into the pile.
mix.

put about 2 or 3 tbsp. olive oil into a frying pan and let it heat up.
CAREFULLY pour the bowl of stuff into the frying pan. it should spray allll over so watch out!
cook the stuff for as long as you feel like you want it cooked. i like to have everything golden brown.
THEN add some sweet/sour/chili sauce... or just sweet & sour sauce. mix it all up some more.
pour the noodles in there with everything...
mix it all up some more...
put it in a bowl and EAT IT ! YUM YUM YUMMMMM
